Do you ever wonder if it’s really possible to change your life in a positive way?

To finally lose the weight and get healthy (or healthier)?

I did for many years.

It wasn’t until 2016 when I was turning 40 and living with negative self-talk, self-hate and low self-esteem that I truly began to transform my life into one of self-love, self-care, and positive living.

I was the heaviest I’ve ever been in my life.

I was the most miserable I’ve ever been in my life.

I was the most negative I’ve ever been in my life.

But I knew I needed to change. That I couldn’t keep going on the way that I was.

Listen to my interview to find out how I changed my mindset, began to love and take care of myself, and lost 50+ lbs within that year (and have kept it off since!).
